In a sudden burst, a thousand starlings take flight,
Their wings weaving through the air, a breathtaking sight.
Smoothly in freedom's murmur, a mesmerizing interlock,
Dancing together in the air, the buzzing starlings flock.
Their melodic hum echoes through the vast expanse,
Meshing effortlessly, creating an endless, showy dance.
Fluid patterns emerge, swirling through the skies,
Instinct-driven flight pattern that tantalizes the eyes.
Look and see the enchantment in their graceful sway,
United, they navigate the winds, weaving magic on display.
On the ground, the weight of an envious society clings,
Murmuring, malice echoes, as hatred spreads its wings.
Man, tethered to gravity, murmurs, malice, and slander.
Generates rhythms echoing from hearts' hidden blunder,
Whirling whispers cut deep, finding their way to the soul,
Yet amidst the earthly turmoil, we yearn to feel whole.
Oh, how oft I yearn to borrow the starling’s wings and song,
To soar high above hate and hasten to where I belong,
To vocalize liberty's tunes outside society's cage,
Escape on feathered wings, freeing the soul from its rage.
Towards bird isles on the Earth's farthest edge,
I'll fly ceaselessly, unfurling every promise and pledge,
Until I find the place of peace, the bend where rivers blend,
To receive my welcome, a just reward at my mission’s end.
