Political Empty Green

Their leaders committed political suicide.

By genuflecting before the debased culprit,

Then lawmakers fostered liars have allied,

To takeover with hubris and conspiracy.

First burns the political blaze of fire,

Then the flare had a flashover,

And the black cloud was no pushover,

Their burning pride is now bound to expire.

The blistered body of the Empty Green

That once ply a reign of terror skit.

Smolders and flickers into the cesspit.

To expose a scurvy inner self scorn as foreseen.
